My work varies from abstraction to figurative, from printmaking to painting. I'm heavily influenced by art movements and subcultures that go against the grain, such as expressionism and postmodernism. I make work that directly reflects my life, passions, frustrations, and community. Simultaneously, I want the work I make to connect people, I want it to raise questions, and I want people who experience it to think and feel things they otherwise wouldn't in their everyday lives.
