I make work that explores the ambiguity of life while also expressing themes of resentment and concern with various issues and norms. Without this expression, I would truly sink into a depressive and likely destructive state. Not only does creating art give me a sense of purpose and identity. But it allows me to raise awareness and connect with an audience. I want to bring people together and reflect on the fact that we are not alone in this. As well as bring forth the question, “does it really need to be this way?”
